This is an artisan sourdough bread made with 3 ingredients: a hearty ancient grain called Einkorn, sea-salt, and filtered water. These loaves are made with love and cold fermented over 24 hours, creating a more complex flavor.

*To ensure freshness, Bell County pickup and delivery only. It usually takes a few days to make these sourdough loaves because of the long, cold fermentation periods.

This bread contains wheat, and is made in a cottage kitchen which may contain trace amounts of tree nuts, peanuts, and eggs.
